「私のEFL( English as a Foreign Language )ストーリーは非常に早く始まりました。私は6歳の頃、初めて英語学校に参加しました。最初は学生でしたが、EFLの様々な学校で英語を学び続け、FCE、CPE、CELTA、DELTAおよびその他の教師トレーニング認定を取得しました。 CELTAを取得してから、キャリアは急速に加速し、地中海の真珠であるマルタに私の新しい居場所を見つけました。イギリスの植民地としての歴史がある為にEFL産業が繁栄し、公用語が英語です。
2年間さまざまな学校で教えた後、ドラマを通じて言語を教えるEUトレーニングコースを受講しました。 私は自分の知識を他の人と共有するのが大好きなので、私は非常にアクティブな教師、教師のトレーナー、会議のプレゼンター、特別委員会のメンバー、記事のライターになりました。 2013年にDELTAコースを修了した後、セントジャイルズノッティンガム（イギリス）で研究ディレクター、GVマルタイングリッシュセンターではDOSとして働きました。
2018年に私は英語学学校の生徒や教師の為に自分の会社META Consultancyを立ち上げ、英語のコーチおよびディレクターとしてIAM言語プログラムに参加しました。 私の同僚の一人が言う様に私は恐らく、学生、教師、監督として、地元のEFL業界を知り、経験した唯一の人物です。

My EFL story started very early, actually, I was 6 years old when I joined my first English Language school. Yes! I was a student first, and I continued learning English at different EFL schools which led me to gaining FCE, CPE, CELTA, DELTA and other Teacher Training Certificates.
Since I passed CELTA my career escalated quickly, I found my new home in Malta - a tiny Mediterranean pearl, where the EFL industry has been flourishing due to their past as a British Colony, and English being the official language. After only 2 years of teaching in different schools, I was offered an EU training course in teaching languages through Drama.
I love to share my knowledge with others, therefore, I am a very active teacher, teacher trainer, a conference presenter, a special committee member and an article writer.
After finishing the DELTA course in 2013 I worked as a Director of Studies at St Giles Nottingham (the UK) and a DOS at GV Malta English Centre.
In 2018 I started my own company META Consultancy for English schools, students & teachers and joined the IAM language programme as an English coach and director.
As one of my professional colleagues summed up, ‘I am probably the only person who knows and experienced the local EFL industry as a: student, teacher and director’.
